Where We Build in Napa County
We build across Napa County, from the Carneros hills at the south end to Calistoga at the top of the valley and east to Lake Berryessa.
Each page below covers what changes the build in that place: the permit office, the ground, access, power and weather. Yountville, St. Helena, Calistoga and American Canyon have their own building departments, Old Town is inside the City of Napa, and most of the rest falls to Napa County PBES. If your address is not listed, call and we will tell you whether we can take the job.
